Elana Health (formerly Respiratory Therapy Services) was founded in 1999 by Paula Vineyard. Vineyard is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with twenty years of clinical experience. She was with the staff of CAMC for fifteen years and was a part-time faculty member at the Universit y of Charleston in the Respiratory Care Program. She is a lifelong resident of St. Albans, West Virginia.
